Peggie Pelosi is a Social Architect and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) specialist. She has the unique professional combination of visionary, strategist, author, educator, inspiring speaker and successful, innovative entrepreneur.  Combining her skills in leadership, strategy and her commitment to engaging people and organizations in doing well and driving social purpose, Peggie established Orenda in 2005 as a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Consultancy. Since that time Orenda has worked with hundreds of Companies throughout North America and beyond to help them weave Social Purpose into the fabric of their culture and brand.

Peggie is also Executive Director of Innovators Alliance, where she serves as a resource for Entrepreneurs and CEO’s by creating the space for them to stay current with the changing business landscape and support each other towards profitable and sustainable growth.

The constant throughout Peggie’s career has been her commitment to purpose, culture and value creation. Guided by these core governing objectives, she has demonstrated a unique ability to design transformative strategies that drive performance and create value for all stakeholders – employees, customers, partners, shareholders, suppliers and the communities they live in.

Peggie is also the author of the bestselling book Corporate Karma, a book that discusses how businesses can move forward by giving back, and she is a sought-after speaker to business groups, academic institutions and not-for-profit organizations. 

Peggie serves on the Board of Directors of USANA Health Sciences (NYSE: USNA) where she leads the boards oversight of ESG, and is also on the Board of Advisors of CHIRP Technologies Inc. She has served on the Board of Directors of a number of charitable organizations.
